Our landfills are receiving waste in increasing amounts daily, and each of us can reduce the impact we are having by considering an alternative way to process our home kitchen waste:

A Bokashi Bin (using EM to compost the waste)

or

A Wormery (using Red Wrigger Worms to biodegrade the waste).
